Dhule is situated in the western part of India, and it is also a famous municipal corporation of the Dhule District, which is situated in the Khandesh region of Maharashtra. Under the proposal of the DMIC, the highly driven nodes of impact which include the Industrial Areas and the Investment Region are identified inside the corridor for providing the facility regimes that are not only investment friendly but also transparent. This region is located strategically and is connected to the hinterland and the ports. The Maharashtra government has taken an important decision to develop the Textile Park of Nardana.

This region has an extreme potential for the textile and all the agro-processing industries. The only problem with this region is that it is prone to drought and proper irrigation facilities are not available, which is the main cause of unemployment.
